With a deep-rooted commitment to excellence, Elham's journey in the field began in 2001. She has studied architecture both in Iran and Germany, giving her a broad understanding of design rules and regulations, particularly in the European context.

Throughout her academic years, Elham supplemented her education by working in various architectural firms, collaborating with esteemed consulting engineers across diverse sectors such as healthcare, education, management, and residential design. Elham's vision to establish a distinguished architectural firm became a reality when she co-founded Aron Arcure-GmbH in 2021. Building upon her membership in the Chamber of Architects, Aron Studio emerged in 2023, harnessing the collective expertise and credibility of the team.
